What this site is
ToledoMachineryMovers.com is a free referral and matching service operated by Voraus LLC. We pass requests to independent local machinery movers and riggers. We are not a machinery mover, we do not perform any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
Independent providers
Providers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or partners. They set their own prices and terms and are solely responsible for their work, licensing, insurance, permits and compliance with the law. We do not inspect, endorse or guarantee any provider, and a referral is not a recommendation. You are responsible for confirming a provider's qualifications before hiring them.
No guarantee of a match
We try to match every request but can't guarantee that a provider will be available, respond, or agree to do your job, or that any price or timeline will be offered.
Information on this site
Content on this site is general information to help you plan and ask good questions. It isn't professional, engineering, legal or regulatory advice. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
Changes
